Moby video agent starts rolling out for UGC ads

Triple Whale’s new video workflow starts with a short recording. Access is limited; confirm eligibility and costs before planning a campaign around it.

Triple Whale announced its Moby video offering on 19 October 2026, with a workflow aimed at turning a short recording into a UGC style advertisement. Its product page says access is limited, so merchants should confirm availability before putting it on a campaign production schedule.

The company’s launch post links directly to that page. This is a vendor launch report, not a hands-on review or evidence that the resulting ads perform better.

From a recording to a reviewed cut

The documented process has four stages: record about 30 seconds on a phone or computer, describe the desired style and output, review the edit and give feedback, then download the finished video for distribution. Triple Whale says the workflow starts with footage of you or your team and uses your face, voice and brand.

For a founder, that suggests a modest first experiment: record a straightforward explanation of one product and request a vertical cut for one channel. Give the editor the exact product name, approved claims, offer dates and required ending. Treat this as an editorial brief to test, not a promise about what every account can generate.

Triple Whale’s official promotional example, linked from its product page checked on 20 October. It illustrates the vendor’s presentation, not independently measured editing quality. View the examples on the product page.

Confirm access and costs separately

The landing page offers an access request, but does not establish a video-specific price or which customers are guaranteed entry. Triple Whale’s general pricing page describes broader Moby and creative capabilities; that is insufficient to infer that this limited video rollout is included in every plan.

Before committing a deadline, ask about account eligibility, generation limits, export formats and any extra usage charges. Keep an existing production route available until a real export meets your requirements.

Approve the advertisement, not just the edit

Our suggested review is to compare the exported file against the original recording and approved product information. Check spoken claims, captions, prices, packaging, offer dates and the destination link. Make sure anyone appearing in the source footage has agreed to its proposed advertising use.

Start with one approved version and a defined test budget rather than replacing a working campaign immediately. Compare results using your normal reporting process. For recurring analysis, our Moby Automations guide covers a different part of the product: scheduled reports, approvals and execution checks.

Limited rollout. The product page requests access applications. We could not verify a video-specific price or universal plan entitlement.
