Aftersell listing unavailable; cofounder cites maintenance
Aftersell’s Shopify listing is unavailable. Its cofounder calls it temporary maintenance; the effect on existing installations is not established.
Aftersell’s Shopify App Store listing remains unavailable on 17 October 2026. Cofounder Armon Shokravi has described the interruption as temporary maintenance and said he expects it to return next week.
The Aftersell Post Purchase Upsell listing currently says the app is unavailable and directs support questions to Rokt. The notice does not give a reason or a restoration date.
What Aftersell has said
In a 16 October reply on X to a question about the missing listing, Shokravi wrote:
Just some temporary maintenance, we should be back up by next week!
That is the cofounder’s expectation, rather than a confirmed relisting date. The reply does not explain the maintenance or say which, if any, functions in existing installations are affected.

What merchants should check
For a merchant evaluating a new installation, the immediate issue is the unavailable public listing. Check it again before planning an installation or promising an implementation date to your team.
If Aftersell is already installed, ask Rokt support whether the maintenance affects your store, its offers or reporting, and whether any action is required. Review your own offer journey and recent reporting before making changes. The listing notice alone does not establish that an existing installation has stopped working, and it is not a reason by itself to uninstall the app.
Our earlier Aftersell Earn & Save guide explains the separate bill-discount programme. Merchants considering it should first confirm current availability with the vendor.
The next useful confirmation will be the listing returning or a more detailed vendor update. Availability checked on 17 October; the maintenance explanation is attributed to Shokravi’s 16 October statement.
